5 Power Foods For Women Wishing To Lose Fat
There are foods and then there are super foods. And stacking your diet with super foods is a great way to increase you health and weight loss.
Having said that, don’t make your focus too narrow. After all, you should still try to include as much variety as possible.
So here are some super weight loss foods you should be eating:
1. Bison: This is a great food that’s low in fat and high in protein. And if you don’t like meat because of saturated fat content, this is an excellent alternative. The only drawback here is that bison can get quite expensive.
2. Walnuts: Walnuts used to be considered a sign of fertility by Romans and for good reason-of all the nuts they have the highest levels of nutrients. Even better, they are loaded with omega 3 fats, the type of fats that accelerate fat burning.
3. Kale: One of the most overlooked leafy greens, kale is a great source of vitamin K, fiber and other healthy nutrients. The only issue with kale is that it can have a somewhat strong taste. One way to overcome this is to use strong flavored spices or sauces on it.
4. Beans: Beans are probably the best food you can eat for accelerated weight loss. Not only are they the slowest digesting source of carbohydrates you can eat, but they are also loaded with fiber and protein. You really can’t beat that combination.
5. Soy nuts: These are a great source of portable protein and omega 3 fats. And if you are concerned with overdoing the soy consumption here, just limit your intake to a couple servings per day. This will keep you out of any potential danger zones.
Incorporating a wide variety of power foods into your diet is a great way to accelerate fat loss while simultaneously increasing your health. Just remember the most important thing: take action!
