The cookware set is constructed of pure aluminum on the bottom and sides for optimal heat conductivity, and the inside is constructed of 18/10 stainless steel.

I’m not exactly a delicate guy, but I can’t stand to grab hold of a hot handle while I’m cooking. With the All Clad Master Chef 2 Cookware Set, I never have to think before I get hold of the pan. The stainless steel handles stay cool to the touch and they are attached with noncorrosive rivets to prevent them from loosening. The sure-fitting stainless steel lids form a seal while I’m cooking so the moisture stays in the food along with the nutrients and flavor.

If I have leftover foods that I want to reheat the next day, I can stick the pan in the fridge and then heat in the oven when I’m ready. They are oven-safe at up to 500 degrees F so I can use them in the oven or on top of the burner depending on my needs.
