Beauty, Weight and Food Combination

Though many foods are good to your health, when those foods are eating together, special chemical reaction in those food can make you fat and ugly. How terrible it is if you do are eating such food every day. Do not want your work out and self control be a waste of time, be careful with the following food combination.

The first example can be tofu. Tofu, to many Chinese and Japanese is common ingredients in their dishes. Many foreigners like tofu as well. I am not saying tofu is not healthy. In fact, tofu is very healthy as it is rich I protein. Tofu is made from soy bean which can substitute milk for babies. But if you are eating tofu and cake together, then, you may become fat.

The traditional theory behind is that both soy bean (rich in protein) and cake (rich in carbohydrates) are regarded as high density food. It is recommended that for every meal, you should only take one high density food and vegetables, if you are eating two high density foods in the same meal, you will be fat!

Another combination that can \”help\” you to put on weight is chocolate and soft drink. I know many of you like both chocolate and soft drink and like to eat them together. This can be extremely bad as both the chocolate and soft drink are high in calories, fat and sugar. For a better choice, you can choose to have chocolate with tea. Tea can help absorb the oil or fat in the chocolate, therefore, less oil can be absorbed to the body and you are less fat.

Fruits are also recommended for healthy diet these days. In fact, fronts can sometimes be bad. There is tannic acid in many different kinds of Fruits like grape, persimmons and guavas. These fruits are good sources of vitamins and dietary fiber. Much seafood like shrimps, crabs, fish or seaweed are rich in protein and calcium.

The problem that you eat seafood and fruit together is that the tannic acid in fruits can react with the protein and calcium in seafood. This will reduce the nutritional value of protein. Also, the calcium can tannic acid can together form a difficult-to-digest substance which irritates the stomach. On the whole, your digestion is going to be affected. With the poor digestion, you can have more pimples on your nose or around your chin.

Of course, there are still many combinations that can be good or bad to your body. The simplest principle is always to be balanced. Eat more vegetables and fruits instead of meats. Avoid junk food in between your regular meals. Drink 2 liters of water a day and sleep for 6 to 8 hours a day.
