Good Energy Drinks To Act As Alternatives To Coffee

Published by at 2:06 pm under Uncategorized

Coffee is the thing that keeps me vertical, without it I would be a floppy heap of uselessness. There is just nothing better than a strong cup of caffeine to start the day off.

I love coffee, and don\’t mind drinking it but there are some who don\’t like the idea of being addicted to it. For those who don\’t like to overdose on the coffee there are many alternatives.

It isn\’t really necessary to have a reason for trying out energy boosting products, if you want to find a product that will boost you energy levels then the only thing you need to worry about is, do you like it? And does it work for you?

There is such a variety of energy drinks out there and it is a good route to go down when looking for an immediate, quick fix. So many stores these days will have in stock the latest in energy drinks from Red Bull to Monster.

Out of them all I would choose sugar free Monster as it\’s in a nice big can and doesn\’t cause me to crash after a half hour sugar rush plus it delivers a substantial energy boost almost as soon as you have finished it.

Another way you can go is the energy shot approach. There\’s the famous five hour energy shot, but newer products like a Red Bull energy shot have caught onto the craze. These don\’t pack the calories that others do, but they\’ll still give you a great kick.

If you like tea at all then wheat grass tea can give you a real boost even if it does take some getting used to, but it is perfect if you prefer the natural remedy to the chemical.

Coffee is delicious but, as with everything, there has to be a limit. I do hope that this list of alternatives will prompt you into kicking the coffee habit.
